Life today is nothing like the world our grandparents grew up in. We are more productive and more connected thanks to new gadgets, the internet, social media and so much more. We're also less healthy. We are more sedentary, surrounded by environmental toxins and consume food depleted of the nutrients our bodies crave. Even worse, we've grown accustomed to thinking of healthcare as treating symptoms after-the-fact rather than making the most of prevention.
I'd love to share what I've learned about detoxifying, supplementing and greening the home for a healthier you.
