I call it "Walking to Retirement." I'm more than a quarter through walking 100 half-marathons in my 50s. My mission is two-fold: Stay healthy. Inspire others.

I found an online wellness company whose products I LOVE and promote. When I tried their exercise bars, I shaved 6 minutes off my time.
